Hotel Chevalsmall 16 room hotel, perfect location downtown within a short block of my studio, brand new but feels like it has been in Paso forever, decorated like an old horseman's lodge, includes breakfast buffet, on the weekends it includes a carriage ride by Chester the horse. http://www.hotelcheval.com/index.php

For The Budget Conscious

Melody Ranch Motel, great downtown location on Spring Street between 9th & 10th, 3 blocks from my studio, rooms are very simple, because of their great price, many of my students have stayed here.  As of July 2009, their rates were $74 plus tax & they offer a AAA 10% discount.
